This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing you’re access to accounts and services through our web-based banking services. This agreement is in addition to, and not in substitution of, any other present or future agreement between you and Farmers State Bank, including any agreement you enter into when you open an account.

The bank's web-based services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this user agreement.

You agree to familiarize yourself with this agreement and other terms and guidelines found throughout the bank website and abide by them if you choose to use the site, pages or services to which they apply. You can review the most current version of these terms at any time on this website.

Website Services

The bank's website services includes pages, content and features displayed on the website that you can access and use, including: deposit and loan information; account fees and terms; investment, financial planning and insurance information; tools and calculators; online services, including internet banking, for which you apply and use; and any features or content we may add in the future. We refer to all of the above as the bank's website services. In continuing to use our website, you agree to follow these terms of use as they may apply to you. If you have an account with the bank, your customer relationship with the bank is also governed by other account and service agreements.

Authorization

By accepting and agreeing to the terms of this agreement, you authorize and direct the bank, on your behalf, to use your personal identification number or code, access code, or password and account number to access accounts you maintain to utilize the services on this Web site. You authorize and consent to our access of such accounts and collection of account information from time to time, at our discretion, in order to provide the services. You acknowledge and agree that our account access is based on your express consent in order to provide the services and does not constitute a breach of any privacy policy, any fiduciary duty, or a failure to safeguard the confidentiality of your account records. The bank may rely on this authorization and consent until it receives your express revocation and has a reasonable time to act upon your revocation.

Your Information

A)      Your Personal Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your accounts as requested by the Bank in any online application or form and you agree to not misrepresent your identity or your account information. Accurate records enable us to provide the services to you. You agree to keep your account information up-to-date and accurate.

B)      Your Password

You will choose a password when registering for Internet banking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur using your password or account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. You may not use anyone else's password at any time.

C)      Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that we own all rights to our website and the content displayed on the site. You are only permitted to use this content as expressly authorized by the specific website service. Further, you agree not to reverse-engineer or reverse-compile any of our technology.

D)      Content You Provide

You are licensing to us the right to use any information, data, passwords, materials or other content (collectively, “content”) you provide through or to us and the website services. We may use, modify, display and create new material using such content, but only to provide the services to you. By submitting content, you represent that the owner of such content has expressly agreed that we may use the content for the purposes set out above, without the payment of any fees.

E)      Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. The account access and information you provide enables us to provide the services to you. It also enables us to give you updates about our services. We will not use or disclose any information you provide or any account records collected on your behalf to any third party except as necessary to provide this service. We will use all means possible to protect the confidentiality of your personal and account information, including requiring any of the bank's service providers to abide by the Bank's privacy policy and agreeing to maintain confidentiality of your records. Farmers State Bank ensures that all information attained by Farmers State Bank, whether verbally or by documentation, will be in compliance with Section 501 of GLBA. The Gramm Leach Bliley Act (“GLBA”) Safeguards Rule is a federal law that requires businesses that provide financial products or services to ensure the security and confidentiality of their customers’ personally identifiable, non-public financial information. This includes electronic and paper records.

F)       Trademarks and Copyrights

The bank's website services are owned by the bank or its affiliates or agents and are protected by United States trademark and copyright laws. All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, images and logos are proprietary to or used with permission by the bank, its affiliates or agents. Nothing on this website should be construed as granting by implication or otherwise any license or right to use any trademark or proprietary material without the written permission of the bank.

Modification of these Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which any website services are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use of the website services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Use Limitation

Your right to use the website is personal to you; therefore, you agree not to resell or make any commercial use of the website.
